Jeffrey Leonard Jarrett (born July 14, 1967) is an American professional wrestler and promoter. He is presently affiliated with All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he holds the position of Director of Business Development. Jarrett commenced his career in his father Jerry Jarrett’s Continental Wrestling Association (CWA) in 1986. His breakthrough came with a country music star persona in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE) in 1993. Throughout the following nine years, he toggled between the WWF and its chief rival, World Championship Wrestling (WCW). Following WCW’s acquisition by the WWF in 2001, Jarrett aligned with the emerging World Wrestling All-Stars (WWA) promotion. Subsequently, in 2002, Jarrett and his father co-founded NWA: Total Nonstop Action (NWA-TNA), later rebranded as Impact Wrestling and now operating as Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. Upon departing from the promotion in 2014, Jarrett launched another venture, Global Force Wrestling (GFW). Joined WWE and left WWE again in August 2022, subsequently making his AEW debut in November of that same year.
